To qualify as a First-Time buyer, all applicants on the Mortgage must have never purchased a home before.

First-Time Buyers do not pay stamp-duty for a Mortgage in Liverpool for properties worth up to £300,000. However, if a First-Time Buyer buys a property between the value of £300,000 to £500,000 a 5% Stamp-duty charge will be payable on the excess amount over £300,000.
